  31 Aug: I called the 1800 number for Walgreens to cancel my order after I received a second notice that my picture is ready for pick up. The operator's response was to call the store to cancel it. I explained that the store can't find it or track it. Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then transferred to cosmetics. Good job Walgreens. Way to have terrible customer support. 30 Aug: I used Walgreen's online services to have a photo printed. The system sent me an email that it was ready for pick up. When I got there the staff couldn't find it or track the order. Although the email sent me a tracking order, apparently Walgreens doesn't have the capability to track something with the number THEY send me. Their only workaround was to ask me to send it again, but could not guarantee that it would work. I ended up going to FedEx Office and will do so from now on.
