I have been using Stihl chainsaws my entire life and their "technician" is completely incompetent. He has ruined 2 perfectly good farm boss chain saws of mine. I would recommend the store but NOT the Stihl service department. Period. Don't let them touch you're equipment if you depend on it to make your living.
