  Where should I start I a $9000 purchased for a standby generator and a tankless water heater in September delivery and installation is supposed to be October, so when I call close to installation date I was told that they placed the wrong order so it’s going to be delayed, so I waited another month they had no idea when my generator will be delivered, so items finally got delivered on December 21, installation people came, so I ask if they was going to install both items today? I was told that Lowe’s never mentioned anything about installing the water heater plus they don’t install water heater so we call the salesman and he said they are supposed to install it or he thought they would installed it, they send someone to give us a quote for installation of the water heater, we was told that they gave us the wrong water heater and that the installation would be about $3500, and then the salesman, store manager and store installation specialist all went on vacation without any communication or resolution of this issue. To top this off we were offer 0% interest for 24 months on this purchase but when I check my card I was being charge 3.99% so I went to sale person and ask to see the contract that we signed, this guy drew a line through the 0% interest for 24 months and wrote in 3.99% without our consent which is illegal so I took a picture of it to compare with my contract which surprisingly doesn’t have any cross out on it. They are very incompetent

  This Lowe's is the only store that gives my husband trouble about honoring the military discount. They don't accept his government issued ID or his veterans drivers license. They only recognize the card that is issued here to indigent veterans for health care and their attitude is overall very nasty.
