  If you buy anything from Hot Topic, be sure the price is correct. I went into the store and they ordered the item online for me because they did not have it in the store. I didn't realize at the time that they overcharged me. I could have ordered myself online and paid shipping for cheaper than I paid in the store. I made several calls to the corporate office and they were going to refund the difference to me. Well it has been over a week since my last conversation and today they tell me they processed the refund on December 22nd. I'm not sure how that is possible when the original charge hit my bank account on December 23rd. How do you issue a refund for money you don't yet have? Now they want to me to contact my bank....I am looking at my account genius!!! Oh and they want me to call them back after 24 hours so they can look into it. NO...get me a supervisor!!! Rest assured I will no longer purchase anything from this company and I will make sure this problem is communicated to everyone I know.
