  I am very disappointed with the pharmacy, I placed my refill order on my ap at 730 am recieved conformation by email that I could pick up at 9am, I show up at 7pm and they can't find it, I advised the lady I ordered it this morning and she obviously looked on the ap. And I would have to wait 20 minutes. What's the point? I advised her I would pick up in the morning, well my daughter was out and about and so I asked her to pick it up, she gets there At 9pm and it's still not ready!!! So she waits for it! What's the point in having the ap for your convenience if they can be at their convenience ? I shop there all the time and I'm very upset with this situation!! I work in customer service and strive to satisfy my customers and hate to see an irate customer. This is non sense!!!

  This place is not what use to be. My last visit today was horrible. I went and paid for pictures and a card and got just the card. I called back and the lady answering the phone "Jade " was rude. I asked if the pics u paid for were there and she told me she was too busy to go look. I insisted I'd wait and it took her less then 5 minutes. Either she didn't want to do it or she knew they messed up. Now I see why the parking lot is always empty. Avoid if possible.
