  We found the perfect living room set with help from Carly! She was very knowledgeable and kind. We explained what we were looking for, and she took us to the best options in our price range and to the perfect sofa set. It was hands down the nicest sales experience we’ve ever had.   Brandi was a TERRIFIC sales rep! During our first visit, we experienced some "low" customer appreciation and service from the Sales Manager on duty. However, Brandi was able to continue to broker a good working relationship with my family. We overcame the "turbulence" and moved forward with Brandi, who made our purchasing experience welcoming and exciting. In short, Brandi understands the importance of customer relationships and service. She knows how to close, not only the business aspect of the deal, but the customer service portion as well.
