  Do not order from this company. Product Misrepresentation and Missing Parts - No Contact from Seller My company purchased (5) custom tables worth over $9K. Ordering in Dec 2016 to be delivered Jan262017. Tables poor quality with no feet on legs. Parts not marked for assembly. Company agreed to purchase and send plugs for legs, never arrived. (2) tables arrived without bolts to assemble. Requested items. No contact from seller. No parts delivered. Tables are lower quality than advertised/pictured/purchased. Pallet wood used. Varnish is poorly done will need to be re-sanded and varished, cracks in joints that will need support repair underneath on some tables. Steel legs not sealed and are no feet/plugs on the bottom. Will cause carpet tears and/or scratches on tile. Steel legs will rust quickly. We will have to seal all table legs to prevent rust. Legs are Mis-packaged so difficult to assemble. Company over promises, miscalculates construction time and delivery. Contact with the company is aggravating; no contact, no customer services, no refunds. You will need an attorney to receive any resolution with this company. Recommend checking the internet for other reviews of this company, consistent issues with this company. Avoid at all costs!

  We have ordered several pieces all cam out wonderful. Some were a bit delayed but you can track it on a project site they offer. Feel fee to ask them about these bad reviews, out of over 400 clients and dealing with growing pains of a new business you will have some unhappy clients. Some clients you just cannot please. Check out their facebook page for a view of all of the pieces they delivered.
